Poor Service and lies that carry on

Poor service I have experienced at Barons Woodmead

I bought a new car polo 2021 and was promised to be given carpets because I wanted the car after finalizing the payment processes. Hamil the salesperson promised me heaven and earth and told me he is ordering the carpets from overseas already and they will take few weeks to arrive. I have been calling Hamil since early this year, it is already 7months and I am doing car service with them. I feel i will take my car elsewhere for service and i will spread the news to everyone not to buy anything from Barons in general. It looks like their foundations are based on lies.

Even today i phoned him he promised to deliver my carpets 4hour ago and never pitched.
