poor service

I took my car in because it had a strange noise coming from the air con when turned on, the noise becomes worse when the engine's revs went up. Day 1 they ran test on the car but wouldn't find the problem. Day 2 still could not find the problem. Day 3 still they could not find the problem and I was told that the strange noise coming from the air con is normal and there is nothing wrong with the air con. Called VW SA and they said they are gonna investigate the matter and they also confirmed that the strange noise coming from the air con is normal. I was not happy with this, so didn't accept this so VW SA asked me to take the car to another dealer and that problem was solve the same day.
