Polo TSI 1lt 2018 Model ..faulty brakes.

I bought a new Polo 1lt tsi comfort line at end of November 2018.This is the 4th new vehicle I bought from Volkswagen. At the beginning of September I had to take out my front tyre due to picking up a nail and upon inspection I noticed my disc pads was very low. I took the vehicle to Barron's Edwin Swales and was told that the disc pad was 2mm. My complaint was that my vehicle was only doing 25000 km, I am a 48 year old conservative driver,my last service in May 2019 (15 000km) the report shows the disc pad life was 9mm..there is no way the pads lost so much life in 3months. I got a tracker in my car that can show the time taken from point to point and VW can work out my average speed .The tracker report can also verify my driving style I don't brake hashly. On all my cars I bought from VW I change disc pads at 60 000km. I understand that brakes is wear and tear but VW needs to be honest that you can't change pads at 25000km. Before my first service I took the car in and I explained to VW Barons that there is a problem with the braking system on the car and as usual the cover up is the technician drove the car it's ok.My concern is that VW prides itself in safety and my life and my family life was in danger because of a major fault on a new vehicle.
