Pathetic service

I went to my servicing VW in Doncaster Road Claremont to have my headlight replaced. I was told that the workshop in not open but i can purchase a bulb and use a workshop around the corner to fit it at a cost. I paid R277 and it was going to cost me R120 to have it fitted, bearing in mind that i have a full maintenance plan. I decided against having it fitted by a non VW workshop as my car was still under warranty and i did not want to risk it. I returned 2 weeks later only to be told sorry we can’t assist you need to book your car in and it will have to be put on a diagnostic machine and costs and blah blah blah. I took my car around the corner and in less than 5 minutes my new bulb was replaced at a mere fraction o f the cost. To say i am totally p#%>d off is an understatement. My instalment on my car is nearly over. Guess where I will NOT be buying a new car from.
