Pathetic inconsiderate *****

<p>I have always been a loyal customer to barons vw in Pietermaritzburg, however after I realised how deceptive they are, I would never recommend anyone to have anything tyre related done by the service department. I had bought my vw polo vivo brand new in 2013 and have always done my services through barons vw Pietermaritzburg. I however made a huge mistake when I allowed them to do a tyre rotation for me whenever I had my services done. After my 30000 service I had used the car to ladysmith and I felt that the car wasn't steady on the road. When I called my service advisor, she advised me that the wheel alignment machine had not been working and the alignment might not be accurate. Anyway be that as it may, I took the car back to vw the next day and they took my car in and sorted out the wheel alignment. Unfortunately for me, the alignment had already damaged my tyres. When I asked the guy if there was any negative impact on my tyres he said that there was nothing. &nbsp;I noticed that my car used to make a humming sound and whenever I sent my car for a service and asked them to check on the noise they always said that they can't identify any noise. I don't know whether they had been covering up their tracks or whether they are simply ***********! My car had reached its 60000 service and I called to book it in however they could not accommodate my car therefore I sent it to alpine vw pinetown. It was only here that I was advised that my tyre had worn unevenly. I had taken my car to an expert who said that the tyre ware was only through wheel alignment being incorrect as a tyre cannot ware so much on the inside. I am very disappointed at barons vw as they have hid this from me all along and only when I had taken my car elsewhere was I informed of the real problem. My car shock used to get damaged frequently and I was advised that it could possibly be through the incorrect wheel alignment. I had written to barons about 2 weeks back however my efforts have been in vain, I haven't even received an apology. They are pathetic ***** and I will never take my car to them again. I trusted them and they put my life and the life of others in danger. Now I have to sit with a bill of 4 new tyres for my car due to their negligence. I can't believe that they could lie to my face in such a manner. I really hope you can help me with this matter. They seem to not bother about the lives of others.</p>
