Pathetic *********** dealership

VolkswagenSA together with @BaronsVWkuruman has the most pathetic customer service ever. My car was towed to them on Monday 08.07.19. Till today no technician has even touched my car. Logged a complain with @VolkswagenSA, they would have called me back by 16h00 today. While im waiting on them with no alternative arrangements for transport, i have to walk my baby to daycare in this freezing cold, note that my car is still under warrant. The dealership is making their problem mine by telling about a back log of cars that they need to attend to. IF YOU CANNOT COPE CLOSE YOUR DOORS SO OUR CARS CAN BE SENT TO DEALERSHIPS THAT CAN AND ARE WILLING TO HELP. ALSO NOTE I INITIALLY CALLED WESTVAAL VW MAFIKENG AND THEY WERE PREPARED TO ASSIST BUT VWSA SAID IT HAS TO GO TO BARONS KURUMAN AS THEY ONLY TOW THE CAR TO THE NEAREST DEALERSHIP.
