Pathetic Customer Service Vw Barons Pmb

I purchased a Polo brand new from Vw Barons Pmb in July 2015 and to date I have experienced endless problems with the vehicle which Vw Barons Pmb seem unable to rectify. The vehicle has been booked in numerous times but the workshop seem incapable to repair and rectify. The vehicle has spent almost two months at the dealership with the most recent issues and I haven't been offered a courtesy vehicle to ease my difficulty. The Workshop Manager and Dealer Principle need a serious attitude adjustment. I have logged numerous complaints with Vw South Africa without any joy. This is a last resort for me as I am at my wits end. I would not recommend Vw Barons Pmb to anyone.
