Pathetic after sales service

I took my vehicle in for its routine service, the car has been making squeaky noises since purchase however I was “reassured” the brakes were changed, after a while the noises came back, still not a break issue, I gave up on that and took my vehicle back for another routine service only for the technician working in my car to feel so generous on the day that they left their tool in my engine bay. I didn’t know my service plan included new tools.
