Paid for licensing&registration. Has not been done

I bought a vehicle from Barons Bruma, paid for the vehicle as well as licensing and registration and all relevant on the road costs, yet when I received the vehicle the spare key and service book was missing and the vehicle has not been licensed (plates put on etc.). Upon phoning the dealer (Eugene Fourie) they stated licensing must be done at my own cost and effort. I have already paid for this and now must pay for it again.<br> <br> How does this work??? The response I am getting from the dealership is pathetic and they are telling me to sort out all this, while I have already paid them to do it.<br> <br> Not happy at all!<br> <br> Awaiting response from dealer principal.
