oil service for 2-3 weeks

In February I took my car for a standard oil change within the 4 year service and warranty plan, I tell the service consultant that I hear a small noise when reversing, I ask them to check it, biggest mistake of my life!!!!<br> They keep my car for the first week just to strip the front suspension and check the problem, they tell me everything is fine but in future my drive shaft may need to be changed. I drive my car home it lasts me for a day, on the second day as I'm driving from the shop my car breaks down!!!, I phone vw on call they come tow the car, Barloworld VW calls me and tells me that my drive shaft now needs to be changed, My car worked perfect all this time after I ask them to check a small noise it now has broken down and they are asking me for 11k to change the drive shaft, very very convenient I must say. Not everyone has 11k lying around Barloworld for a problem that you have caused, my car was almost perfect with 20000ks on the clock 1 owner, if I could go back I wouldn't have asked you to check the noise.<br> I pay them they sort the car out (takes them 2 weeks), they leave me with no vehicle and now the exact same noise when I reverse sounds 10 times louder than before
