Nuts covers gone missing

<p>I am using my daughter's profile to file a complaint. </p> <p> </p> <p>I took my car for service at Barons Volkswagen Pietermartizburg. My car came back with two nuts cover missing. </p> <p> </p> <p>When, I went to enquire about it, I was refered to the technician and was told that if it went missing in his care then he is liable to pay, should not the company be liable if parts go missing?
