Non exsistant services

I have been to master cars barons woodmead Volkswagen dealer, THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED, WAIT I DIDN'T GET ANY SERVICE.

I had looked at a number of used vehicles that I was interested in and I was told that they were pending deals on them. When I check a week later on the website the vehicles are still available.

I was told by three sales people that they would get back to me but none of them did.

The second two took down my details and it's been a week and nobody has got back to me.

The first guy didn't even bother to do anything and that's on about 3 occasions.
