No spare tyre in vehicle delivered

<p>Bought a vehicle as a surprise gift to my Dad. Had the vehicle delivered to Natal. dealership arranged a driver to deliver. Few days after my Dad who had the vehicle in his possession realised that the spare tyre was a blown out tyre. Contacted the dealership where Gert (***) who stopped taking my calls over the weekend finally confirmed that the driver did have a flat while on his way. Note that tyre looks like it was driven for a while flat. Pictures have been sent to dealership.</p> <p>I expect them to replace the tyre and rim as the rim is sc****d obviously due to being driven with the flat.</p> <p> </p> <p>Some idiot named James at the dealership contacts my Dad and now says that his driver didnt have a flat but he will replace the tyre anyway. REALLY??</p> <p>I am awaiting James contact details to let him know what i think of his service.</p> <p> </p> <p>At no point are the sales teams calling me (Considering i purchased the car) to say sorry and fix the matter with urgency. I have had to make the numerous calls to them and i warned them if this wasnt resolved that i would lay a complain and they dont seem to care to much and to date i have a few whatsapp messages from gert as a reply and thats about it.</p> <p>PATHETIC SERVICE LEVEL</p> <p> </p>
