I first had an issue with booking my vehicle in for a service, I notified them that the clutch has a problem but somehow it was not identified until I notified the service advisor again of which then she asked the technician to look into at and indeed confirmed that the clutch wasnt okay... This being the 15th of December 2022, I was told to collect the vehicle on Friday and come back on Monday to get the clutch done mind you the service I booked for was 60 000 and I notified them that I'm leaving kzn for Gauteng to spend Christmas.... Dropped the vehicle off on Monday and was told I'll receive a call from the advisor regarding progress. She called in the afternoon and confirmed that the clutch was problematic and that the vehicle will be ready on Thursday afternoon, to my surprise I had to call in and check and I was told that the vehicle might not be ready by today until I emphasized that I have to leave today for Gauteng, she called for me to collect the vehicle and only when they're closing does she notify that there are other issues with the vehicle that need to be attended to.

What's concerning is she never called to notify me and moreover ever since the purchase Barons VW PIETERMARITZBURG has only give n me headache after headache regarding my vehicle having it serviced or going in for repairs. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
