Mastercar with serveral Faults no one is willing to help us.

Kindly we bought a car from Woodmeade Barons Last year September 2017. Three days later we noticed that the driver side mirror was not in it's place and you can see the mark. I reported it to our Sales Lady Elsie and Her Manger Ian Pillay they told us that it not them, it us who broke it. Up until now no one is helping us. Still now we keeP on identifying faults same side we discovered that that side had a smash before. Because you can see that it's was painted. Can any one help us about this matter.
