Licence disk ***** strikes again

I will never send my car to Barons Volkswagen Bellville for a service again. For the second year in a row, my car has been returned to me without a magnetic backing ( which I've already replaced) and no licence disk. For some reason, whenever they work on the car, they feel the need to take off the licence disk backing and take our the disk. They don't do it for cleaning, because my car was returned to me with zero cleaning done. I understand we have water restrictions, but they didn't even sweep out the inside or anything. They have nothing to offer me, no apology, nothing. And they expect me to be back in one year for the next one. And don't expect a quote even close to accurate. They have my cars records in their database but they can't even let me know this is a major service until the minute I showed up in my car. Despite calling in the previous week for a quote. Shockingly terrible service. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
