Lack of common sense

Absolutely Shocking service!!

Enquired about a car, went through to view the car. Advised the sales assistant that it is a done deal and we will be returning later on to sign. Only to arrive and be told that the car is sold... The sales person i dealt with was extremely poor and show a lack of common sense, that wasted my time and petrol.

Will not be returning anytime soon.
