I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BAR / PURCHASE ANY VW AGAIN

I have been a fan and follower of Volkswagen because of its social investment programmes and creating stable work for South African diaspora. Even now employment will be created for many South Africans with the introduction of their new models.<br> <br> But, with regards to the aforementioned dealer agency I am not satisfied with their sales man. In November 2012 I bought a Polo Sedan by them and it was never mentioned to me that my Warranty for the vehicle started 5 Month prior my purchase (July 2012). That I found out when I wanted to make use of my Warranty at Barons N1 City. It was my understanding that my Warranty starts on the day that the vehicle was registered under my name. Even the documents on my possession does not state anything about Warranty commencing in July 2012.<br> <br> I Called Tasliem Marlie ask about this matter, he suggested that I must use my Maintenance Plan instead and he promised to get back to me but he did not. I also called VW direct on the 08/09/2015 to launch a complaint but the told I must get back to the VW agent. <br> <br> I will never buy or recommend a any Baron's or VW car to anyone.
