I want my VW merchandise as promised.

I was offered a very good service when I got the opportunity to purchase a brand new Polo Vivo Trendline. I collected my vehicle without receiving any hamper nor any VW merchandise. What happens now, I was promised VW merchandise because of lockdown I could not get it because of production of the merchandise and I was very understanding. What upsets is that when I see people collecting their new VW vehicles they take pictures with VW branded merchandise. I keep sending the sales person who assisted me messages but he keeps giving me excuses.
