Horrible

<p>Someone I know had the worst experience one could possibly have with a service center. After taking her car in for a service the next morning her engine light indicated problems. It turned out the water container was moulding and water was escaping and as a result the engine was overheating. My question is how could they not pick this up on the day they they did the service? This was a major service and it shocking that it wasn't picked up. When she went to enquire about this she was given the run around and not given clear answers. She then asked for a list of everything that was inspected and replaced for the service. Still she was not given anything. It's horrible service and I'm sure this was only the case because she was a woman and at many service centers woman are taken advantage of because some do not know much about cars and rely on anything the mechanic says. They also use this as ******ion. It's entirely possible that they knows all along that the water container was worn out but said nothing in order for her to bring the car back and charge her for replacing it. Worse, they may have inserted a worn out container themselves because the car was perfectly fine the previous day.</p> <p>all in all I would not recommend ANYONE use VW Barons ever. <br />It jut left a bitter taste in my mouth thinking that they could take advantage of a woman like that.</p>
