Faulty Vehicles Sold To Customers at VW Barons Woodmead

I brought a Vehicle from VW Barons Woodmead and met one of the worst Sales Consultant In the world and his Name is Ronald who works at VW Barons who sold me a car that is faulty and they don't want to fix it and I just had this car for one month and the car brake pads are worn out and making noise,car has not been serviced and the car also has a white smoking coming out from the exhaust in the car and he has treated me like like an animal as I want to cancel the car contract and they also made me take extras for the car by force as I didn't want extras I would like standard bank and the ombudsman to take note and consumer protection group ho note that as well as I want another car that is working or they fix thsesissues which I will require proof in writing that the car was diagnosed and the breake pads where changed and also the smoke that is coming from the engine through the exhaust to be fixed as they are conning customers as this is not a reputable car company and ****** I would like Standard bank to cancel the contract with them as they lie to customers this car is even hardly a month and giving me problems
