Extremely bad customer service

I had my car services at Barons Bellville and they neglected the sign my service book. I called back to tell them this was not signed the lady then told me I should come back to to sign it as if it was my mistake ! I told her this will not be possible because I work in Woodstock and i am almost never in the northern suburbs. she then said well theu have no cats to send out and clearly did not care that i was a customer that pays for my services. After some back and forth she eventually advised she will send a car out to my work place when they are around i think she said that just to keep my mouth. I serviced my car 6/10/2017 the lady i spoke to is Tanya and they still never made contact with me no follow up and still no signature in my service book. Extremely unhappy customer and will never ever recommend that place!!!!!
