Extension of Maintenance Plan

We have a Polo Vivo hatch back with a maintenance plan expiring soon. I have tried to contact VW Barons Bellville now for the past 3 weeks and left several messages. I even went in one Saturday and put down my details. To date, I have not heard anything back from VW Barons Bellville with regards to my query.<br> It looks to me like if you buy a car at the lower end of the pricing scale you don't service??<br>
