<p>I had a 7 months problem that could not be solved by McCarthy VW who took my moneyR17 500 ( and **** to me. I brough my car in for an inspection at Barons cape town, who gave me an independent opinion I could tust. Even when they were bul**** by McCarthy service ManagerMr Ferdi Morton in my presence, they were unmoved, polite and professional, because they put their customer needs firts before profits. They needed to see the problem they disgnosed resolved. They did not want to collude and lie.</p> <p> </p> <p>They were profesional, focused on the problems, and came with a solution. for 7 Months I was **** to that a faulrty car was Normal by McCarthy, blaming their substandard work on a customer's driving technique. Barons VW recognised problem with their team of experts (Nicky Service manager and Lizwe Veto, Service advisor) just to name the two idealt with. </p> <p>The car problem was resolved (clutch kit changed) Shuddering gone, Boot noise gone.
