Exceptional Customer Service

This morning I took my car for a service at VW Baron Woodmead. Impressive customer service from driving in the security guard, the staff is so friendly, warm and professional (Mr. Wendell Narasoo). The place is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The management of that dealership should be proud of their employees. This is what I call exceptional customer service where everyone and everything in the organization aligns around customer service. Keep up the great work!
