Excellent service
<p> </p> <p>I would like to thank Claude Spies and Zakiya Hoosein at Barons VW Durban on Edwin Swales. If I say that I have received excellent service from them then that would be an understatement. They really went the extra mile to give me great<br />service.</p> <p>I live in Johannesburg and was interested in trading my vehicle for a vehicle that they had in Durban at Barons. Firstly I did not notice that the dealership was in Durban and made an online enquiry . Claude gave me a call shortly after the enquiry. He assured me that living in a different province was not a challenge as they had a branch in Johannesburg, where I could take my vehicle for an evaluation.</p> <p>The application was simple and Claude assured me that vehicle that he was selling was in excellent condition.<br />Claude made sure that the vehicle was in perfect condition. Firstly he had the vehicle serviced then he put on brand new tyres, wiper blades, battery etc... <br />He ensured that I received a "Master Car" as they call it.</p> <p>Zakiya didn't just get finance for me so that they could make a sale. She sourced the best deal for me. She made sure that I got the best interest rate possible. She went miles and miles ahead to please her customer.</p> <p>Overall dealing with Baron Durban on Edwin Sales was a fantastic experience. Although I reside in Johannesburg, I will definitely be dealing with them in future. I will also refer my family and friends to go to them as the service is absolutely brilliant.
