Duplicate Number Plates

Thursday 7 April 2016, I received an e-toll fine stating that I must pay an amount of R130.74 of which I don't know anything about and I'm not going to pay it. The current number plate that is on my VW polo vivo was registered by Craig at Barons Volkswagen. That exact number plate that is on my car, are on the Suzuki Swift that's on the e-toll fine. Now I must run around like a headless chicken, from pillar to post but fockol can be done. I was told that I have to take the ownership forms to the traffic department (just so versin) they can't help me. There's nothing they can do. Where the hell do I go from here? This flipping people are wasting my time and money. I want this *** to be sorted out.
