DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE TO BARONS

Well I bought a Citi Golf in Jan 2015 and decided to take it for a service at Barons VW Bellville. Arrived @ 6:15 first come fist serve bases I thought, removed my sunglasses, flash & house keys. All was good till I got a call saying from Barnaby Bobbs saying if I pay R11000.00 which incl. labour for the service (which I actually wanted), replace wiper blades, radiator flush, replace expansion bottle, replace strut mountings (shocks), replace front brake pads, replace brake fluid service, replace cam belt and replace rear washer bottle. Well thankfully I was sitting down when I was told the amount. I told Barnaby Bobbs to put it on a quotation for me and we can discuss in detail when I come to fetch my car later the day. Arrived at Barons @ 3pm and sat and waited for approx. 40min for someone to attend to me, even customers that arrived after me were helped before me. Needless to say when I was finally called the some of the paperwork was not there and then paid then it took Dale Simpson 15min to find my car keys. Car keys given to me my leatherman that was on the keys ******, Wimpey mints ****** (have you ever mints!!!) and all my 10c, 20c, 50c and 1x R1. NEVER AGAIN BARONS VW!!!!
