***** dealership

I went to this dealership as the preferred dealer in my area for me personally as it is closest to my office and wanted to get a quote for a polo highline or r-line. unfortunately the sales executive was not pleasant and would not give me a quote when I told him I had a quote from another dealer for less. I found this very ***** and wonder how they are carrying out their business. Are they generally overcharging everyone?
