DO NOT SUPPORT BARONS VW BELLVILLE

I am writing this message to warn prospective clients to not support Barons Volkswagen.<br> <br> My full story is too long to write since it goes back since last year, but let me explain the current situation.<br> Car engine light comes on and they found that to be a stretched timing chain on a car with only 75 000km.<br> They casually send me the quote to approve a whopping 38k (note that a timing chain costs R 700).<br> The car actually still has goodwill from VW but they ignored this, it also has a warranty (bought from themselves...) but again they ignored this.<br> I had to point the directionless souls in the right direction.<br> Blame shift from service adviser to poor warranty clerk.<br> Head of dealership (Wernich Stipp) was copied in numerous emails and he cares so little about his customers he did not even bother to respond.<br> Right now, the car has been with Barons for 27 days and they are still unable to assist me.<br> <br> I have actually now decided to have the car towed to another VW just to make sure that I do not have to deal with Barons anymore.<br> <br> Save yourself from massive unnecessary expenses and stay away from BARONS VW.<br> <br>
