dissapointed

I recently purchased a Polo vivo 1.6 trend line.<br> To my knwolegde the car is still under warranty.<br> I booked it in on the 19 of February 2016.<br> It has rattles in the dash,brakes make a loud noise,and windows were making a noise,and when I accelerate I hear a odd noise.<br> On that day a technian took the car with me in it and started saying that each fault is normal.<br> I didn't complain.I sent a mail to Joshua telling him that I wasn't satisfied with that guys theory.<br> So they booked my car in for the 01 March 2016.<br> Left my car there overnight thinking that the next day I'll get it sorted out.<br> After lunch on the 02 March I fetched the car.<br> Joshua said they did certain stuff but I drove it and it's sounding worse.the technian even made a noise with the car now it's there.<br> I'm dissapointed thinking my car will be sorted out but now it's worse I sent Joshua 3 mails N I got no concerned email back.<br> Is there anyone who can assist me.
