Disgusting service

Such a terrible received from this dealership each time and I always give them the benefit of the doubt.

On the phone you clearly state what you need assistance with and when you get there you are quoted for a diagnosis already.

You can be first in the queue for a simple issue but you will end up sitting there the whole day if you are not one of their favourite clients.

Also shocking to hear that you can be transported within 5KM radius yet the previous time I visited the dealer for a service they could not transport me in the the 5KM radius.

They have no sense of urgency, you sit there the whole day from 7 till 12 for a simple reset because their favourite clients come first.
