Disgusting service

In October 2015 I traded in my vehicle for a new model VW Polo TSI, I collected the vehicle the Friday and as I left to get on the highway I noticed the steering wheel was off centre to the right. When I got home I checked my tyre pressure which was way above what it should be at 3.2 bar and 3.6bar, I then reduced the pressure to what it should be of 2.2 bar thought that would solve the issue. I took the vehicle back the to Barons Culemborg the Monday and was told it was the alignment and I thought fair enough could possibly be. I got the vehicle back round about lunch time that time that day and to my surprise the steering wheel was still out of spec and took it back later that week with no luck.
I then took it back in the start of November 2015 which the vehicle had another alignment done and it was in spec when leaving the dealership that day.. After 2 weeks the steering wheel went off centre again and I was told to bring the vehicle back in the new year (2016) as they were very busy and fully booked.
The new year approached I took the vehicle in alignment was done after one another until April when the car was booked in and a courtesy vehicle given. I was told 2 days after the vehicle was booked in to come collect it and that all was well. The car felt fine after leaving the dealership and 2 weeks later the same problem persists, I called in to advice the car is doing the same thing I was then told by service advisor Nigel Chapman I should take the car to AUDI to fix the issue and they would compensate me for what would be charged. I was given the contact details of VW SA to assist with my concern, the lady who assisted Sagheera was on top by assisting me, continuing follwing up with the process. Eventually the vehicle was back at Barons Culemborg and it was round about end of May and beginning of June. I was told by the service manager Nicki Veldtsman that the steering rack was reset and alignment done and that all was well. This was on going for a few weeks that eventually I went to AUDI Claremont and was told with in 20min the steering rack is faulty and barons must replace it as the vehicle is under warranty. The car was back at barons culemborg Monday 22 August and I was given a courtesy vehicle again and was told the Tuesday afternoon to collect my vehicle and all was well. I got my vehicle car seemed ok until later that week it was out of spec and I was advised by VWSA that barons has concluded that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and that they not going to do anything further.. Now i received horrible service from the manager Nicki Veldtsman aswell as the RMA Mark. I am paying for a vehicle which Im not satisfied at all and want this resolved with either a new car or my rack replaced... Im waiting for a positive outcome
