DISGUSTING SERVICE

I had lost my only key. Upon ordering a new key, I was assured by their parts department that it would be as simple as collecting my key once it arrived from Germany. Upon arrival however I was then told that I would have to physically bring the car in. After explaining yet again that this was imposible without a key, I was told I would have to have it towed and that the parts department could not be held responsible for not telling me this up front because they are not responsible for knowing such details - only mechanics are privy to such details apparently!!<br> After paying for towing the vehicle, I was then told it wouldn't take more than 30 minutes and that I should come in with the vehicle. Once there however, I was told they could not code the key and that their system was offline. They did not apologize and did not even offer me a lift home!<br> Then after collecting the vehicle the following Monday I find that not only has all my money been removed from the change box but that the manual and service booklet has now also gone missing from the cabiole. I was then told that it could not have been them as the booklet is only removed upon servicing a vehicle. Totally unacceptable!!
