Disgusting behavior "Don Moodley"

Made a call this morning to the parts department to get a qoute for brakes and disc's and I spoke to the man by the name of DON MOODLEY Who was very rude and said I kept asking him the same question as far as I know that's not how you talk to customers and I didn't know it was wrong for me to verify the prices he had given me before hanging up the phone he was rude and I firstly it was my airtime that I was using to make the call he was acting as if he was doing me a favour meanwhile he was supposed to be doing his job and respond in a decent manner VW BARONS need to get people who are willing to work and leave there personal problems at home before dealing with customers
