Disgusted by the service

I am highly disgusted and dissapointed by the manner in which this dealership has treated me over the past 4 years. If it is not adding scratches to my car after every service, it is the poor service that I receive from the service agent. Words cannot describe how truly disgusted and dissapointed I am. I will never recommend anyone to go to this dealership. They make you feel like you are begging them and they have no customer etiquette.
