<p>Awful, bad , very bad , extremely bad , every single time my car goes in for a simple service it comes back with more faults , a full list of problems, and then when I take it to a family member ( vw expert as well as Audi , worked for vw all his life and is a vw qualified master ) no fault is detected, this has happened 3 times now , you guys also don't want to claim from my warranty for some stupid reason , never in my life will I ever set foot in your branch , absolutely a money making sceme which I will not fall for , you also overcharged me for """ everything """" that's wrong with my car , meanwhile it will cost me nothing coz there's nothing wrong , and today I received it from you guys for the last time , and I still have the receipt for my purchase , now my battery is not working , it's a disgrace, thanks</p>
