Disappointing service

When i arrived at the branch this morning at 7:45am, i wrote on the collection sheet to please be collected before 3:30pm, i receive a call from "Bongani' i think at around14h11 to say that someone will call me within the hour to collect me. I call them at 15h15 to say that it's over an hour and no-one has called yet... his reply is, so sorry if you'd like to make another plan you're welcome to. His drivers x 2 are collecting people in Sandton, I am literally 8 minutes away from them... i am appalled at his response as i need to get my children to school by 4pm. Disgusting service and i hope the Sandton people are worth it!!!!!! He made it quite clear that they have preference.
