damaged new car

My car was left there to for new keys and coding and for a full check up .. got my car back on friday and the car was to be sold ... I found so many faults in my car .. my car is less than 7 month old it's still brand new but with so many faults : here are the faults .. sunroof doest not close from time to time <br> .. my car has a function were u can open and close the windows and sunroof with the key that does not work . Hooter comes on while driving ,multi media system does not work . How was this car passed to leave barons with so many faults . The car has scratches on the bonnet .. the electric window switch pops up lose ... doest not start at times u need to swing the igination..Car was not sold cause of so many faults ... buyer refused the car .. don't blame him ... very unhappy customer ... and how did yourl win dealership of the year please explain ...
