Damaged engine after service

We took our VW Touareg to VW barons Tokai for regular service (oil and filter change aso)<br> Just by surprise I found out that the engine oil filler cap was not on the engine<br> (we drove nearly 1000km with an open engine) <br> Shortly after we found that filler cap laying in the engine bay, the turbo charger broke<br> Barons Tokai denied that it was their failure and that the turbo damage was caused on the open engine.<br> Also the turbo manifold had a crack and the gasket was damaged too (clear sign of overheating)<br> <br> We replaced the turbo with manifold at Barons Tokai (nearly 60thsd rand) and the car was driving without power. After 3 times in repair that car still does not run good and loose oil from the engine.<br> <br> Barons Tokai denied any kind of making a mistake and just offered us a free oil change as compensation!!!<br> <br> DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
