Consistency

It's quite easy to find good customer service however it's hard to keep level of consistency of customer service. Westcape vw has proven to me that they can keep a level head. Listen carefully to customer requirements but at the same time keep consistency of after service. My first car i bought i was afraid that i would constantly fight for customer service but denzil and he's team of worl class colleagues has shown consistency is not just customer service but a way of life!
