CAR NOT EVEN CHECKED

<p>I'm so dissapointed about VW Barons Pietermaritzburg. We booked a car for a check up and fixing of rear breaks becasue they are making noise. We made a booking a week prior and we waited. We took the car in very early in morning before 7am. we waited and only to get a call at 16:30 same day that we will not be getting our vehicle.I asked them while they did not look at our car because we were one of the first customers to arrive. When I insisted that VW gives us transport home since we were not expecting this they called in 10 minutes and said the car will be checked up, fixed, test drive in all in less that 15 minutes. when my husband arrived to pick up the car, they did not even give him a paper that showed to show us what they did in the car and they saied we must not pay. I am convinced that they did not do anything in the car. this is not the first time they treating us like this. last time I had to personally go there. When I was talking to the Sashika Ganess she was so rude and kept dropping a phone on me, i asked to be tranferred to the manager and the manager did the same thing to me. Our car still has the same problem. Can someone help us because clearly even VW management can not assist. We can't booked our car in durban becasue its far. We do not understand this poor service they giving us. What does it mean. The reason they did not make us pay is becasue they knew that they did not even touch the car. Which means they **** to us. The car still has the problem.</p>
