Car Application

Hi me and my wife app**** for a car and i wanted the car on my wife's name we spoke to a lady called Shanell Matthysen we faxed through all our papers and i had to call three days in a row to check if we qualify or not and every time she just told us she never got feedback from the banks and this happend about the 9th-10th April 2015 there is no time attached to this as i had to call for 3days...Now weather we qualified or not she was suppose to give us feedback and up until today we never recieved ANY feedback from her or anyone else at Barons Bellville and personaly i dont think that is good customer service.VW is a car i always wanted and i believe in a VW car,but the service i got was not good the communication aint good otherwise we would'hv known where we stand.That is my story and i hope the next customer gets better service.
