Can't trust them if they dont communicate with me

A month ago I had my car serviced. After years of not using this branch, I decided to use them again as they are closer to my home. It made sense not to pass them by to go to a branch more distant from my home and work.<br> <br> The service I believe was done, but I don't have proof of it. I was supposed to get an email of all outstanding work and issues to be resolved, but up to now, nothing. I had left countless messages for thabiet, the service consultant, and with the customer relations manager, Ms Bosch, who promised on 3 occasions to get thabiet to do as promised, but to no avail. Clearly customer service and support is not their priority. I bought my car there some time back and I was asked by a few to upgrade and buy a new VW. Even though I don't have a problem with the brand, and may buy another, I will advise everyone to stay away from that branch. They don't prove to be trustworthy.
