Buying a Volkswagen was the bigest mistake I could ever make.

I took my car in for a service earlier this year, and asked them to check my brake systems, at Barons Cape Town CBD. When I collected my car, I asked about my brakes, and the person who handled my repair could not answer. I was told I'd be phoned and given an update. That never happened. Long story short, over the next 3 or so weeks, I kept on phoning with promises of being phoned back--that never happened. When I took my car in to Barons Bellville a few weeks ago, I was informed that all my brakes were completely shot, and it will have to be replaced at a very costly price. Usually I'd be told that the brakes would need fixing soon. The Cape Town *********** staff did not do that, and they do not want to take ownership of their fault. If they are not *****ing up cars, they are *****ing people out of their money. I will never service my car at Barons Volkswagen again, and I will most definitely never buy n Volkswagen again, Toyota is just the way to go. I am extremely disappointed at Volkswagen.
