BLUFF BARONS VW FAULTY CAR

We bought a VW polo sedan from Barons VW in Bluff. The car had problems we returned it to be checked, they said there is nothing wring with the car. The problem persisted, radio not switching off, screen going black while radio is on, vibrating when accelerating, sounding like an old wheel barrow. we returned it again now they say its plugs we need to buy them.
