Beware VW Barons Pietermaritzburg

I took my vehicle for its first annual service last week Friday. I showed them an issue on the rear window trim panel which I wanted them to take up with VWSA as a warranty related issue. I explicitly told them I do not want the dealership to work on this issue as I have had bad experiences with dealers damaging your vehicle when they fiddle with panels etc. Only on Saturday morning when I was washing my vehicle did I say that they indeed fiddles with the trim panel as the window beading underneath it is now damaged. Since Monday I've been trying to sort this issue out with them but they take forever answering emails and I have now requested the DP to phoneme to discuss this matter and I am being ignored. I am not happy with VW Barons Pietermaritzburg at all as they wilfully ignored an instruction and just went ahead on their own accord and now my vehicle has extra damages that was not there before.
