beware of purchasing used cars from barons vw

bought a used car from barons vw bedfordview.within 6 months the gearbox packed up cause of seals worn out.the dealer sold us the car with a warranty which the warranty company does not want to comply.also the used car sales manager is not willing to assist.quick to sell but bad to help should be ther motto.they refused outright to help thou the consumer protection act stipulates that the dealer is liable for major mechanical repairs within 6 months of purchasing the vehicle.purchased the vehicle end august 2015 now sitting with major repair bill.if u want headaches than buy from barons vw bedfordview.
