Better the design and help the elderly.

It's absolutely disappointing to see an elderly person of 71 years old and been a VW car owner for 20 years to receive very poor service from the VW service centre in PMB. The person was stuck on the side of the road with a flat, couldn't change the tire as the wheel nut had been stripped. A tow truck helped out by filling air into the tire and helping the person get to a near by Tyre repair shop, but unfortunately they could not attend to the problem. The customer and myself then called VW service centre to ask for assistance. We were told at 15:30 " we are too busy and will closing soon". The customer was literally 200 meters away from the VW service centre. So we decided to take a chance after been refused to go and seek help. I had followed the elderly person who was very stressed and in panic of getting home.. After waiting to be attended to for 30mins we were told the technician will have a look at the bakkie as they can sort it out. 10 mins later the technician comes back and says " Nope sorry we can't help" an item designed by VW, surely the technicians receive the training to attend to such problems as we were told these things happen often and these nuts should be replaced or removed.
