Barons Woodmead service sucks

I added a scratch and dent policy to my vehicle finance bought at Barons Woodmead. I need to submit a claim and not the insurer or administrator have an active policy on my vehicle. The f&i at the branch told me to phone the insurer, or judt doesn't respondto my emails
